Site Manager – Contract (1+ Years)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a large-scale datacentre construction project in Päijät-Häme, Finland. This role involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate all on-site construction works.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support progress reporting and documentation.
- Ensure alignment with project plans and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
- Background in datacentre, industrial, or technical building projects.
- Strong knowledge of site coordination, safety processes, and quality control.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain progress schedules.
- Availability for a contract duration of 1+ years.
