Role Overview
- Quality Assurance Leader: You will oversee all QA/QC activities on-site, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications and standards.
- Inspection Specialist: Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and installations to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Documentation Advocate: Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Risk Assessor: Identify potential quality issues early and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Training Mentor: Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality control processes and standards.
- Accountable for ensuring the safe execution and delivery of Onshore facilities throughout the Construction phase, followed by a successful handover to Operations in line with the approved schedule and budget.

Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to HSE excellence, with strong safety leadership, effective communication, and the ability to influence key decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Proficiency in Portuguese or French is considered an asset.
Education & Experience
- Certifications: Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
