Position Responsibilities
- Supplier Management and Development:

Responsible for the qualification, development, and performance management of casting & tower suppliers and secondary suppliers. Support supplier sourcing, conduct in-depth evaluations of their end-to-end manufacturing capabilities (particularly manual sand casting) and quality management systems, and execute qualification audits. Carry out preventive audits, supervise suppliers in improving their quality management systems, and monitor the stability of their production processes and product quality. - Product Development and Quality Assurance:

Take end-to-end responsibility for product quality, including evaluating manufacturability during product development, introducing new materials and processes, developing and testing prototypes, ramping up production capacity, enhancing and stabilizing manufacturing processes, monitoring and managing quality during mass production, and improving process efficiency. - Supplier Incoming Material Issue Resolution:

Promptly coordinate the handling of issues related to supplier materials to prevent or minimize production line stoppages, on-site downtime, and associated risks. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement closed-loop improvements. Pursue claims for Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) caused by supplier issues. - Process Building and Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in the development and optimization of processes related to supplier quality management and product development, as well as contribute to the establishment and enhancement of other management processes.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Material Forming and Control Engineering, or related fields.Work Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in heavy industry, engineering machinery, or the wind power industry, with direct work experience in Brazil. Specialized in quality management, supplier management, or product development for casting components and towers.Professional Knowledge & Skills:
?
Proficient in sand casting and full-process tower manufacturing; skilled in quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.); strong data analysis and statistical skills; expertise in blueprint interpretation and professional inspection standards.Language Proficiency:

Working proficiency in English for daily communication.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and coordination skills; team player; strong sense of responsibility, proactive risk management mindset, and self-driven to achieve goals.
