STO (Shutdown, Turnaround & Outage) Manager
Location: Wesseling, Germany (on-site 2-3 days per week)

Duration: 3-6 month contract
Position Overview
This position is focused on consulting planning teams in the use and optimisation of STO Manager Software from Prometheus. This technical role requires expert knowledge of the software, particularly within turnaround operations. Regular on-site presence is required to provide in-depth support and ensure that planners gain full value from the system’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult planners on the effective utilisation of STO Manager Software, offering advice on best practices for software features application in daily operations.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to teams to ensure optimal adoption of the platform within shutdown, turnaround, and outage scenarios.
- Provide practical, scenario-based coaching, tailored specifically to turnaround operations, contributing to greater project efficiency and reliability.
- Address user queries and troubleshoot problems related to usage of the platform, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise regularly with on-site personnel to assess challenges and support their operational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Comprehensive, hands-on proficiency using STO Manager Software from Prometheus within operational and turnaround contexts.
- Experience in the practical application of process management software in an industrial setting.
- Proficient German & English language skills are highly desirable to facilitate effective on-site collaboration.
- Candidates must hold eligibility to work in the EU.
