The Role
Airswift’s Paris office is recruiting for a major industrial project, based in Lyon. The Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager will be appointed to work on projects in the energy and petrochemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee studies for steel structures, concrete structures, and civil works (VRD), including modifications to existing facilities.
- Draft technical specifications and participate in tender processes.
- Estimate quantities for civil works, concrete, and steel structures.
- Design and validate civil works, steel structures, and concrete structures.
- Review and approve contractors’ execution studies.
- Act as an interface with Project Management teams, other disciplines, the client, and construction companies.
- Monitor budgets and schedules.
Profile:
- Education: Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Senior profile in Civil Engineering, ideally within design offices and on industrial projects (petrochemical, energy).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Eurocodes 0/1/2/3, proficiency in Autodesk ROBOT and/or STAAD Pro, Naviswork.
- Languages: Fluent French, operational English.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, teamwork, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
