Overview

Duties also include applying project procedures, documentation workflows, and coordination with civil/structural design teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and sizing of stick?built steel structures.
- Verification of structural connections and attachments.
- Interface studies with related concrete structures.
- Review and verification of fabricator construction studies.
- Application of project engineering rules, standards, and procedures.
- Use of documentation workflows and traceability systems.
- Coordination with adjacent discipline designers.
- Preparation and verification of calculation notes and drawings.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience as a steel structure calculation engineer.
- Knowledge of industrial installations.
- Understanding of project workflow and discipline interfaces.
- Ability to follow project procedures and documentation control processes.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Ability to report to a structural calculation lead.
- Familiarity with document update and traceability systems.
