Substation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Review and verify design documents, technical specifications, and drawings for GIS/AIS substations (132–400 kV).
Conduct design reviews for GIS, transformers, CT/VTs, reactors, busbars, AC/DC systems.
Participate in FAT/SAT and provide technical support during execution and commissioning.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, cable, and protection teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HV substation projects.
Strong knowledge of IEC 62271 and related standards.
Proven expertise in GIS, Power Transformers, NER, AC/DC auxiliaries, substation earthing systems, OLTC.
Familiarity with Sensitivity/HV PD Test standards.
