Support Services Analyst II – IT

? Contract Duration: 12 Months
We’re currently sourcing for a Support Services Analyst II to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to contribute to enterprise-level systems and lead technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical, analytical, and professional duties across enterprise, client/server, and desktop systems
- Detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues and deficiencies
- Configure and install hardware/software components
- Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
- Maintain asset and software tracking systems
- Monitor system performance and collect relevant data
- Lead projects and mentor junior team members
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, and communication protocols
- Proven experience with hardware/software upgrades and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction
- Prior experience in a senior technical analyst role is highly desirable
