We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a Systems Completion Coordinator. This is a residential contract to be based in Qatar.
Job Purpose
• Coordinate and ensure implementation of the System Completion (SC) requirements by the stakeholders in line with the company procedure for multiple projects (CAT I-III).
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 6 years' multi-disciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry encompassing areas such as SC management and projects interface and coordination.
• Exposure in managing SC database and multi-party coordination to ensure meeting project SC deliverables.
Accountabilities
- Ensure that the SC requirements are adequately reflected up-front during FEED in the ORP’s for projects (CAT I-III).
- Coordinate and ensure alignment amongst project specific SC procedure and Handover procedure in terms of milestones, schedule and deliverables.
- Assists Completions & Handover Lead in drafting, review, comments resolution and approvals of ORP’s.
- Maintain access and monitor Completion Management System (SC software and database) of multiple projects and to report SC status as per requirements and format.
