KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
This position is responsible of identifying, qualifying, and securing candidates in oil and gas industry to meet the company's hiring requirements. You will be managing the end-to end hiring process, involving search and selection of most suitable candidates, liaison with project team to manage expectations and negotiate the salary packages.
Building and growing talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various channels.
Generating interest for roles through effective use of recruitment sources.
Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
ROLE SPECIFICATION:
- Experienced in oil and gas, chemical industries are preferable
- Proven track record in contract recruitment delivery
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels within the organization
- Local Chinese candidates are preferable, work location is Shanghai
- Fluent in English
