We are currently assisting a global leader in aircraft parts’ Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services to look for a Certified Landing Gear Expert to lead a team of highly skilled technician to on disassembly, test and reassembly work on aircraft landing systems. Our client brings along decades of expertise supporting major commercial and regional aircraft operators worldwide, recognized for technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on and supervise disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and functional testing of landing gear systems.
- Lead on wing landing gear maintenance operations, ensuring manpower, parts, and tooling availability.
- Interpret technical drawings and OEM manuals; troubleshoot complex overhaul issues.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards and accurate documentation.
- Mentor junior technicians and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in aircraft landing gear MRO, specializing in wing gear assembly.
- Knowledge of Landing Gear’s OEM manuals and aviation standards; EASA/FAA repair station experience preferred.
- Aircraft maintenance certification (EASA or FAA) and familiarity with digital ERP systems.
- Experience with narrowbodies’ landing gear models; skills in special processes will be advantageous.
