Airswift is seeking a talented Technical Training Consultant to support the development of high-impact training programs focused on emerging H2 and CO2 technologies. This freelance opportunity offers full-time engagement within a collaborative HSEQ Technical Training team, contributing to the creation of engaging, pedagogically sound content for both face-to-face and digital formats.
Role Overview
• Design and develop high-quality teaching materials for technical training
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to structure and enrich module content
• Ensure pedagogical coherence and effectiveness across training programs
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of training courses
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong pedagogical and didactic skills
• Proven experience in designing and developing technical training (face-to-face and/or digital)
• Ability to simplify complex content and create engaging learning materials
• Autonomous, rigorous, and collaborative mindset
• Fluent communication skills in French and Dutch
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with H2 and CO2-related technical subjects
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and instructional design tools
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines
