The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording and maintaining attendance, working hours, and site personnel records to support payroll and project reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and recording daily attendance of site workers and staff.
- Maintaining timesheets and ensuring timely submission to HR or payroll teams.
- Tracking overtime, absences, and leave requests.
- Coordinating with supervisors to verify manpower deployment and shift schedules.
- Assisting in preparing reports related to labor hours and productivity.
- Ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
