Airswift is seeking a Training and Development Analyst to work at Georgetown- Guyana, on a permanent position with an Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage regulatory training schedules for offshore teams, according to the Regulatory Matrix, from booking to system updates.
Create, update, and maintain classes in the LMS, including registrations, prerequisites, summaries, and completions.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding budgets, schedules, bookings, confirmations, handling absences, and rescheduling.
Monitor and report training KPIs and dashboards, providing insights and status reports on opportunities.
Organize and deliver corporate programs using practical methodologies appropriate to the audience.
Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) and develop the annual training plan.
Manage the Training and Development (T&D) budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and impact analyses.
Ensure adherence to the training plan and regulatory compliance, with auditable evidence and validity controls.
Maintain robust Excel-based controls (dashboards, data reconciliation, tracking spreadsheets) and keep records well organized.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI is required.
