Work Location: Nanterre, Paris France
Start date: March 2026
Duration of Contract: 6-month renewable contract
Purpose of the service
Provide daily support to users in their travel request
Manage guest creation requests
Provide travel invoices at the request of projects/departments
Manage the reconciliation of travel invoices

REQUIRED SKILLS
following skills:
- Sense of Customer Relations: internally and with the many foreign interlocutors
- Teamwork
- Organization / identification of priorities
- Precision work that requires rigor and reliability
- Activities that require listening, availability and responsiveness
- Operational English
- Knowledge of software: Word – Excel – Outlook
- Familiarity with a travel tool would be a plus (NEO, Cytric)
PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY
It will be essential to follow the rules of the project, the Rules of the Art as well as the Quality Assurance procedures applicable within the company.
QUALITY OF THE DOCUMENTATION PRODUCED
Technical quality.
Quality of content (in relation to the volume of information on a given document).
Quality in the presentation (in relation to the graphics and the ease of reading of the document produced).
All documents will be written in the language of the contract.
