  • Identify planning-driven risks and key execution dependencies
  • Support scope reviews and readiness reviews

  • Ensure alignment between scope, cost, resources, and execution plans
  • Participate in post-turnaround reviews and capture lessons learned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 8-10 years related experience is preferred; however, we will consider individuals who have no direct turnaround experience
  • Experience leading planning or coordination for complex projects, shutdowns, outages, or major events
  • Strong project management fundamentals (scope, risk, and change control)
  • Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools preferred (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or IPS)
  • Ability to integrate inputs from multiple stakeholders and disciplines
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and drive planning discipline
  • Industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, or infrastructure experience is a plus
  • Turnaround, outage, or shutdown experience preferred but not required
