UFR QA QC Lead
Location: Paris Area (Contractor’s Main Office + Manufacturing & Construction Sites)
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable, up to 5 years)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UFR QA QC Lead to coordinate quality assurance and control activities .The role supports the Package Manager on all quality matters and ensures compliance with project specifications, ISO standards, and contractual commitments. The position involves oversight of contractor activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and service phases.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce H3SE policies and Company Ethics & Code of Conduct.
- Ensure full deployment of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across the UFR package.
- Oversee development and maintenance of EPC Contractor’s QMS in line with Contract Exhibit H.
- Supervise quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective/preventive actions, KPIs, inspections, calibration/testing, and technical standards.
- Approve Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and other quality documents from contractors and vendors.
- Monitor and report contractor practices and deliverables; identify gaps with project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate quality activities at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and sub-vendor facilities.
- Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities regarding timing, location, and technical specifications.
- Finalize and distribute Quality Dossiers and Manufacturing Record Books.
- Maintain active communication with the Project Quality Manager and UFR team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years in project environments.
- Strong knowledge of UFR products and applicable quality regimes.
- Significant experience in QA/QC roles within the oil & gas sector.
Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
