Role Overview

  • Operate automotive test engines and vehicles according to established specifications.
  • Monitor operations and adjust control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Diagnose problems and perform repairs on test engines and control systems.
  • Maintain adequate fuel supply to all engines and vehicles.
  • Work rotating shifts (Day, Swing, Grave) as part of a dedicated team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude essential for engine and system operation.
  • Technical Experience: 3-5 years working with automotive engines or mechanical systems.
  • Process Control: Experience in monitoring and adjusting process control systems.
  • Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in algebra for operational calculations.
  • Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills within a technical environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education & Experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a technical environment related to automotive mechanics.
  • Training: Formal training in automotive technology or related fields preferred.
  • Certification: ASE Certified or similar certification in automotive mechanics is advantageous.
