Join our dynamic team as a VRD Designer Covadis, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure projects for a leading player in the engineering sector. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in CAD design and 3D modeling while working on-site in the vibrant city of Lyon, France.
Role Overview
- Production of VRD plans and verification of VRD plans.
- Coordination with other trades to ensure project alignment.
- 3D modeling using Covadis.
- Technical coordination with other disciplines.
- Establishment of 2D VRD plans and earthworks/excavation quantity plans from Covadis.
- Verification of subcontractors' plans.
- Participation in internal meetings to discuss project progress.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in CAD design, specifically Covadis.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation (optional but preferred).
- Strong technical coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bac +2 or +3 DUT Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of confirmed experience in roads and utilities design, preferably in a design office.
