Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to support material handling and logistics operations at an industrial facility in Casper, Wyoming. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, transporting, and shipping materials while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in warehouse or industrial operations and who are comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against documentation
- Perform visual and physical inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations following inventory procedures
- Transport materials to internal customers or job sites as required
- Prepare and ship outbound materials for repair, return, or disposal
- Maintain accurate records related to material movement and inventory
- Follow all site safety policies and immediately report unsafe conditions
- Participate in scheduled safety meetings and facility safety audits
- Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned by warehouse leadership
Basic / Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous warehouse experience required
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
