Join a leading organization in the energy sector as a Willow Pipeline Construction Supervisor, where your expertise will drive the successful delivery of a major pipeline project in the challenging Arctic environment.

Role Overview

  • Planning: Prepare the Construction Readiness checklist for each winter/summer campaign.
  • Review construction permits and stipulations, engineering drawings, and finalize the field construction plan.
  • Participate in the constructability process and provide feedback to pipeline planners.
  • Execution: Develop Company deliverables required in the Construction Readiness process.
  • Lead weekly planning meetings and ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved.
  • Provide oversight and supervise all assigned construction resources to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor Contractor performance through Key Performance Indicator Reports.
  • Direct Contractors on performance improvement opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for all construction contracts.
  • Coordinate overall project execution including SIMOP’s activities with other teams.
  • HSE: Lead HSE performance by enforcing policies and conducting jobsite walk-downs.
  • Participate in safety meetings and facilitate safety engagement with field leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Construction Management: Proven ability to lead large construction projects safely.
  • Pipeline Expertise: 10+ years of pipeline construction experience.
  • Supervisory Skills: 7+ years in construction supervision/management.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple ongoing activities effectively.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field experience preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience with Capital Projects Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience: 5+ years of pipeline construction in Arctic conditions is preferred.
