Role Overview

  • Work Permit Wizard: You will be responsible for preparing and managing work permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

  • LNG Liaison: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely submission of work permits.

  • Turnaround Specialist: Assist in planning and executing turnaround activities, ensuring that all work permits are processed efficiently.

  • Regulatory Navigator: Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to work permits, providing guidance to the team on compliance matters.

  • Documentation Champion: Maintain accurate records of all work permit applications and approvals, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Onsite Coordination: Work closely with onsite teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any work permit-related issues that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Turnaround Expertise: Proven experience in managing turnaround projects within the LNG sector.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of work permit regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in work permit preparation or project management are advantageous.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in work permit preparation, preferably within the LNG or related industries.
