Job Summary:
The Commissioning Electrical Superintendent (Open to China locals only) oversees all electrical construction and commissioning activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery aligned with project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all electrical construction & commissioning activities in line with project specifications and schedule
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Manage inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Track progress and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule
- Ensure strict adherence to HSSE, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage scope changes and execution adjustments
- Maintain detailed records including progress, quality, and HSSE reports
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site supervisors and teams
- Interface with project stakeholders and third parties to resolve issues
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong experience in electrical construction and commissioning on large-scale projects
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, testing, and commissioning processes
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- FSO/FPSO?related project experience is a plus
