Summary:
Our client, a major Oil & Gas company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support field operations and foreman activities. This role focuses on administrative coordination, invoice processing, and communication with contractors in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Support the foreman with invoice coding, tracking, and processing
Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and invoicing activities
Use Excel and MS Office tools to organize data, track progress, and support reporting
Coordinate and communicate with contractors and field personnel
Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
Ensure timely follow-up and organization of tasks and priorities
Requirements:
MS excel experience required; MS office suite experience;
Invoicing/coding experience a plus-- will be supporting the foreman with all of his invoices, etc;
Ability to support foreman by coding, tracking and processing invoices;
Willing to learn and good communication skills as they will be coordinating with the contractors and other foreman out in the field;
Excellent time management and organization skills;
