Summary:
Supports office and field operations through administrative coordination, data entry, and shipment tracking.Maintains accurate freight records, processes invoices, and assists with auditing and logistics expediting.
Ensures billing accuracy by verifying material classifications and coordinating with contractors.
Responsibilities:
Assists the traffic function, providing administrative support.
Keeps records on the destination, weight, and charges on all incoming and outgoing shipments. P
erforms data entry, labeling, and filing; generates import files; helps with tracking/expediting freight and freight/broker invoice auditing.
Ensures accuracy of rate charges by verifying classification of materials with rate schedule
