About the Role
We are currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join the People Finance & Services – Management Control division. This team is responsible for managing the intercompany billing of services within the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial coordination across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly intercompany billing for services provided to internal business units, including preparation of all supporting documentation
Handle invoice-related queries from subsidiaries (invoices, supporting documents, AR balances)
Investigate and resolve billing disputes, issue credit notes, and perform necessary adjustments
Support the Accounts Receivable team with collection activities
Provide P2P (Procure-to-Pay) support to operational teams (SAP workflows, Myeproc processes)
Perform technical validation of purchases (cost centers, item codes, budget compliance)
Ensure accurate follow-up of accounts payable processes (goods receipt tracking, invoice validation, workflow management)
Prepare and deliver financial analyses and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
Experience with intercompany billing or cost allocation processes is highly desirable
Understanding of P2P processes and financial workflows
Technical Skills
SAP: Strong working knowledge (FI/CO, AR/AP)
Excel: Advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Myeproc, Ariba, Coupa) is a plus
Languages
English: Intermediate level (B1/B2 minimum)
French is a plus
