Billing Analyst to

work with our client an Oil and Gas COMPANY


  • Location: Paris, France
    Start Date: July 2026
    Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable)
    Company: Through Airswift – for a leading Oil & Gas company

About the Role

  • We are currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join the People Finance & Services – Management Control division. This team is responsible for managing the intercompany billing of services within the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial coordination across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly intercompany billing for services provided to internal business units, including preparation of all supporting documentation

  • Handle invoice-related queries from subsidiaries (invoices, supporting documents, AR balances)

  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes, issue credit notes, and perform necessary adjustments

  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with collection activities

  • Provide P2P (Procure-to-Pay) support to operational teams (SAP workflows, Myeproc processes)

  • Perform technical validation of purchases (cost centers, item codes, budget compliance)

  • Ensure accurate follow-up of accounts payable processes (goods receipt tracking, invoice validation, workflow management)

  • Prepare and deliver financial analyses and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations

  • Experience with intercompany billing or cost allocation processes is highly desirable

  • Understanding of P2P processes and financial workflows

Technical Skills

  • SAP: Strong working knowledge (FI/CO, AR/AP)

  • Excel: Advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Myeproc, Ariba, Coupa) is a plus

  •  

Languages

  • English: Intermediate level (B1/B2 minimum)

  • French is a plus
