We are presenting one of the top aircraft parts and spares distributor to search for a well-connected and result driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the Chinese market by developing new business opportunities and partnerships within the aerospace supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and industrial clients across China.
- Build strong client relationships and execute market entry and expansion strategies in line with regional growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage key accounts, and support long-term revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of business development or sales experience in aerospace, aviation services, or industrial supply chain sectors.
- Strong network and understanding of the Chinese aviation and manufacturing landscape with proven deal-closing ability.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
