B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing
initiatives for Dai Suwon’s one-stop industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses
on acquiring and managing high-value B2B customers in industries such as
electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.
1. Explore and develop new business opportunities for packaging products including
corrugated cartons, plastic packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden crates/pallets.
2. Identify and approach potential high-value B2B customers such as multinational
manufacturers and industrial companies.
3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, market size, and potential
customers to support business expansion.
4. Develop marketing materials including company profile, product presentations,
and technical slides for customer meetings.
5. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand product
capabilities and propose suitable packaging solutions to customers.
6. Support sales strategy development and expansion into new industries or
markets.
7. Prepare reports and strategic insights directly to the CEO regarding market
opportunities and business development activities.

D. COMPETENCY LEVEL :
1) Education : Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2) Experience : 1–3 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales in
a B2B environment.
3) Skills : Strong research and analytical skills for market and industry studies
