The Business Services Coordinator III contributes to the smooth operation of business support activities by helping maintain coordination across departments and individuals. Business Services Coordinator III also supports general administrative delivery, helping the company stay organised and responsive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes and supports activities for a program, department, or initiative.

  • Performs administrative tasks in support of effort.

  • Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals.

  • Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination.

  • Duties may include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.

  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to travel to Monohan for supplies.
