JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of an Action Plan for simultaneous operations in:
Stage Change - Drilling Phase
Stage Change - Completion Phase
Completion to the Next Well - Location
Ensure adherence to and mandatory compliance with the Operational Expense Communication protocol.
Strict supervision and control of operating times during simultaneous operations, ensuring compliance. Development of clear and precise work instructions, in collaboration with the Field Operations Manager (FOM) and the Toolpusher, who share responsibility for the correct execution of tasks.
Ensure the correct review and determination of Equipment, Materials and Services (EMS) needs for the operational continuity of the activities described in the Action Plan (POA). ... the Activity Program (POA) – Revised and in accordance with the DOE and approved by the Operations Manager
Responsible for supervising, together with the Tool Supervisor, and instructing the team for measurement, the Company Representative is responsible for making adjustments to the Casing Piping and Production Platforms
Note: The arrival of pipes is very common when working in open wells, and it is not possible to attend to both operations simultaneously. The Tool Supervisor and the Drill Assistant (Second)
are authorized to perform the task. The Company Representative will indicate how the pipe should be measured, and it will be the responsibility of the Tool Supervisor and the Drill Assistant to ensure that this task is performed correctly.
Responsible for overseeing operations on a drilling platform with wells, casing, and casing pipes.
Responsible for overseeing the assembly of casing shoes, filters, seals, packers, and accessories for casing or other equipment, as needed for the application, as well as validating their proper functioning.
Perform calibration tests for pressurized equipment.
Supervise the correct positioning of drill rods (TPA), the maintenance of rods and accessories of downhole assemblies (BHA).
Supervise and coordinate with Logistics, the Drilling Manager, the on-site team, and specialists the positioning of underground or field equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Professional with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, with experience in development and exploration drilling. Professionals in the areas of Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic and Industrial Engineering with proven experience in drilling operations.
IWCF Level 4 Well Control Certification
IADC Certification in Pipeline Stuck Prevention
IADC Certification in Surface BOPs
Certification in Pre-Operational/Reactive Platform Inspection (Bureau Veritas, Lloyds Register)
• Professional with experience in offshore and/or onshore well drilling operations.
