Job Purpose
Company Site Representative (CSR) is responsible for all Offshore Pipelay works and acts as the Company Representative for execution and acceptance of the offshore pipelay works on behalf of the Offshore Project. The CSR has to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope and schedule and that all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards applicable.
Job Context
Accountable for pipelay work for the Offshore Project and liaises with the Pipelay contractor.
• Leads all pipelay Installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Interfaces with Contractor’s Marine Warranty Surveyor.
• Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
• Must be able to execute work Offshore on a rotational basis.
• May be designated to represent the Company during execution and acceptance of various offshore works. Thus, experience in supervision of; Load-outs, Subsea Structure Installation, Topsides Lifts, Shore Pull, Diving Operations, Riser Installation, Marine Operations, Vessel Inspections is expected.
Qualifications
Offshore Training certifications from the following industry accredited bodies; IMCA, IMO, OPITO, MTCS, UKCS, PUWER, LOLER and IOGP i.e On-scene commander, Person In Charge, Company Representative,
• OPITO certification H2S and T-BOSIET are a requirement.
Knowledge
10+ years of experience in discipline with at least 8 years demonstrated senior construction/installation experience in major capital projects.
• Extensive experience in an Offshore Installation & Construction Supervisory Role with Client, EPCI contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
• Worldwide experience with contractors.
• Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
