Airswift is searching for a Completions Engineer III to join a major player in the Oil & Gas industry.
Location: Offshore
Schedule: 28/28 rotation (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off)
Start Date: June/July 2026
Contract Duration: 2 - 3 years
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of well planning and execution.
- Ensure geological and reservoir objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop well designs and plans that optimize costs and investment.
- Provide technical review and support to drilling operations and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including subsea systems where applicable.
Key Duties:
- Support preparation and monitoring of capital budgets related to well design and completions.
- Ensure accurate and sustainable data quality for project timing and execution.
- Collaborate closely with completion foremen, drilling leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Interface with service companies to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Apply industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with HSE and field operations teams to enhance safety performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong experience in completions engineering, including design, operations, equipment, standards, and specifications (subsea experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong technical and business communication skills.
