Job Specification
Job Purpose
Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all aspects of structural fabrication requirements from yard activities through to load-out, ensuring key objectives are achieved or exceeded.
Ensure constructability of the design aligns with established engineering drawings, industry standards, and project requirements. Manage interfaces between stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution throughout fabrication execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in project execution within the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in structural fabrication within EPC environments
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and completion
- Experience working with major operators, EPC contractors, or fabrication yards
- Familiarity with international design codes, standards, and safety practices
- Experience with offshore and/or onshore facilities fabrication and installation
- Understanding of execution risks associated with gas/LNG facilities
- Experience in large-scale project organizations (Projects, Operations, Engineering)
