Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of commissioning and operations activities
- Maintain strong HSE standards and oversee incident reporting
- Manage site documentation and project performance data
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and third-party contractors on site
- Perform routine maintenance, QA/QC inspections, and asset condition assessments
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and work scope development
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Oversee contractor performance, schedules, payments, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (NERC, OSHA, environmental)
- Manage site inventory and spare parts
- Lead meetings, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ~6+ years in construction/project management (energy preferred)
- Experience with renewable energy projects (solar/BESS a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
