Job Description
We are currently inviting experienced Construction Structural Supervisors to register their interest. This is a site-based construction role, focused on structural fabrication, erection and construction supervision during yard execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor structural fabrication, assembly and erection activities at site.
- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with IFC drawings, project specifications and approved procedures.
- Coordinate daily activities with shipyard teams, subcontractors and construction management.
- Monitor construction progress, manpower deployment and productivity.
- Identify and resolve on-site construction issues, including fit-up and interface matters.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support punch list clearance and readiness for mechanical completion.
- Interface with Engineering, QA/QC and Planning teams to support smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in offshore structural construction supervision.
- Proven experience on offshore platforms, jackets, topsides or FPSO projects.
- Prior experience in shipyard or offshore construction environments.
- Strong understanding of structural fabrication and erection practices.
