Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and installation activities. The role ensures all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all construction and installation activities on site, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, and approved standards
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in line with HSSE requirements
- Review and assess contractor construction plans, schedules, method statements, and JSAs
- Participate in constructability reviews as required
- Coordinate contractor mobilization activities, including site setup and laydown areas
- Facilitate issuance of Permits to Work (PTW) and gate passes for contractors
- Inspect, test, and verify completed works or arrange recommissioning inspections and testing
- Initiate and manage Mechanical Completion Certificates
- Monitor and ensure close-out of punch list items
- Review and endorse red-line markups and as-built drawings
- Participate in handover and acceptance processes, including commissioning activities
- Review and approve construction dossiers
- Monitor contractor performance and verify site progress updates
- Ensure execution of works is completed on time and within approved scope
- Direct and supervise contractor teams to ensure compliance with PTW conditions and site safety rules
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in offshore structural construction supervision.
- Proven experience on offshore platforms, jackets, topsides or FPSO projects.
- Prior experience in shipyard or offshore construction environments.
- Strong understanding of structural fabrication and erection practices.
