Contracts Lead - Qatar

Airswift is seeking for a Contracts Lead to work in Qatar.
Job Purpose
Lead the assessment, negotiation, and resolution of major contractual claims from offshore contractors and LLI suppliers, ensuring protection of company interests and effective dispute resolution in line with project and governance requirements.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, etc.)
Experience
8+ years in a business-related role, including:
4+ years in Oil & Gas
1+ year in supervisory or contractor oversight roles
Experience in EPCI contract administration and claims (offshore, large-scale projects)
Proven success in resolving contractual disputes amicably
Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation processes
Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal frameworks (preferred)
Skills
Strong English communication skills
Negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and reporting capability
Computer literate (Primavera P6 preferred)
Practical knowledge of dispute processes (e.g. Redfern Schedules, statements of case/defence, discovery, witness preparation, legal coordination)
