A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Corporate Compliance Specialist position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s corporate compliance framework, ensuring adherence to global regulations and internal governance standards.
- Conduct due diligence on business partners, vendors, and transactions to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Deliver internal compliance training programs to staff, raising awareness of regulatory obligations, ethical conduct, and company policies.
- Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and advise management on compliance implications.
- Draft, review, and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving legal requirements.
- Support investigations, audits, and reporting requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit

ready. - Act as the point of contact for compliance inquiries across departments, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate compliance, governance, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, due diligence processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage across global teams.
- Strong analytical skills, detail

oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
