Our client is seeking a Night Dispatcher III to work within their facilities located in Spring, Texas on an initial 1-year assignment (with the possibility of extension / becoming permanent).
Role Overview
- Clearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teams.
- Utilize systems like Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel spreadsheets to assign, track, and record workflow.
- Identify vendor expectations and align goals with contract obligations.
- Communicate and coordinate job orders from active field personnel regarding industrial/environmental waste, production water, and service work.
- Maintain contact with operational field and management personnel to keep job statuses updated via voice, text, and end-of-day reports.
- Create and maintain a current daily log of all work in progress.
- Address issues and discrepancies promptly to maximize production.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in dispatching and site logistics.
- Familiarity with transportation management in the oilfield sector.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation management and oilfield operations is preferred.
