Electrical Technician
Duration: 23rd April to 30th June 2026
Location: Offshore North Sea
Rotation: 3/3 rotation
Position Overview
This position offers a technically demanding opportunity for an experienced specialist to deliver electrical maintenance and support on a short-term contract basis. The role responsibilities centre on maintaining high safety standards, ensuring system compliance, and supporting operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with client and industry standard policies and procedures.
- Ensure equipment, systems, and work sites are reinstated to the required standard.
- Utilise ISSOW system to act as Performing Authority, control the worksite, and liaise with Area Authority.
- Support electrical vendors and subcontractors on site.
- Provide technical guidance and support for all team members on electrical issues.
- Ensure work history is thoroughly recorded in line with data quality requirements for maintenance activities.
- Participate in emergency response duties as required.
- Contribute to production management and effective utilisation of the asset’s Production Loss Management System.
- Identify asset threats and opportunities and support the maintenance process.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and removal of low-value activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or equivalent qualification required.
- Compex Certificate essential.
- BOSIET and MIST certifications required.
- OGUK Medical required.
