As part of a transverse job, in an HSSE team, works under the responsibility of the HSSE Methods Manager on:
- Emergency Preparedness
- Support to Affiliate’s entities on request
At all times the Job Holder will:
- Ensure that the company rules, regulations and standards are always considered in every activity, task performed by personnel directly or indirectly employed by affiliate within its perimeter.
- Ensure compliance with the company reference documents with the Company and local rules and regulation.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's Emergency Preparedness organization.
- Preparing and maintaining the company's Emergency Preparedness Plans.
- Conducting training and awareness of the personnel involved in Emergency Response and Crisis Management, at both Affiliate and operational sites levels.
- Ensuring the continuous availability of the Emergency Response resources, and the readiness of the Emergency Response Rooms.
- Participating in the elaboration of periodic Emergency Response Exercises in the head offices and at Affiliate level
- Maintaining the On-Duty Officer process (procedure, duty planning, ODO induction…).
- Maintaining the Emergency Response roster system.
- Supporting the operational sites in developing and maintaining their Emergency Preparedness organization.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Good knowledge of operational exposure and internal/external HSE standards and regulations applicable to the operations.
- University degree in engineering or science domains.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Mining or Construction domain.
- Experience in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of Incident Management System (IMS) is a plus.
