Join a dynamic team in the energy sector as an Energy Isolation Technician (LOTO) in Belgium, where your expertise in lockout/tagout procedures will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
- Execute lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety during maintenance activities.
- Secure installations and perform necessary separation and locking tasks.
- Apply signage and dissipation techniques to communicate safety measures.
- Verify the effectiveness of energy isolation methods.
- Document actions taken and report any anomalies encountered.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chemistry: Knowledge of chemical properties and handling.
- Chemical Treatment Systems: Familiarity with systems used for chemical processing.
- LOTO: Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and their application.
- Languages: English and French are mandatory.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 2–5+ years in industrial maintenance or operations with LOTO.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
