We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of the organization’s IT architecture. In this role, you will ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives, drive digital transformation initiatives, and optimize system performance across the enterprise.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, digital leads, and IT teams to define architecture strategies, integrate modern technologies, and maintain a scalable, secure, and efficient IT landscape
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and long-term objectives.
Collaborate with business digital leads and IT project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable architectural solutions.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices across all IT initiatives.
Maintain and apply the Solution Architecture Framework, supporting project execution within the Stage Gate Model.
Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging technologies such as cloud, AI, and IoT to enhance business capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration between new and legacy systems to maximize interoperability and minimize operational disruption.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, models, and documentation using enterprise architecture tools.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams, resolving complex architectural challenges.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Report ICOSIT evidence and support governance activities to maintain excellence in architecture practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related roles (Enterprise or Solution Architecture preferred).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
Experience in systems integration, infrastructure planning, and application architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
Familiarity with security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, etc.).
Relevant certifications such as:
TOGAF
Azure Certified Solutions Architect
ITIL
SAFe
CISSP
Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA)
