Location: Leatherhead or Bridgewater, Dorset

Duration: Initial contract til end December 2026; potential 18-24 months contract
Hours: Monday-Friday, potential hybrid working considered
Position Overview
This position involves working on the Expediting of commissioning and operations spares scope across equipment packages for a significant energy sector project.
The role focuses on the direct supplier (desk) expediting, co-ordination of spares packages, and administration of the material management tool related to project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct supplier expediting activities for assigned equipment packages.
- Co-ordination and expediting of spares packages to meet project deadlines.
- Administration and effective use of the material management tool.
- Collaboration with project and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Supporting the operations and commissioning teams during all phases of the project.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical background with previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or expediting within major projects.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to manage spares and material packages.
- Proficiency with material management systems, ideally in an energy or infrastructure environment.
- French speaking candidate advantageous.
