Airswift is searching for a Field Service Representative to support operations for a leading global company in the energy sector, based in Suriname.
This role is focused on providing on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the proper use and performance of premium connection products, while acting as a key interface between field operations and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers during operations
- Ensure proper use and handling of premium connections
- Monitor product performance and collect field feedback
- Report operational data and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact between client and internal technical teams
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field operations or similar roles
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work on rotational or day-based shift schedules
- English proficiency (B2+ or higher is mandatory)
