Support Flight Hour Services (FHS) operations for a leading aircraft OEM by ensuring component availability, maintenance coordination, and fleet performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage component support and maintenance activities under FHS contracts, ensuring timely availability and serviceability for airline customers.
- Coordinate with MROs, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues, improve turnaround times, and enhance fleet reliability.
- Monitor fleet performance data, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering field with 3–7 years of experience in airline, MRO, or aerospace support services.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance planning, and supply chain operations within a service-based model.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
