Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations First Line Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance across assigned operational units. This role is responsible for supervising personnel and contractors while maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all personnel adhere to safety, security, health, and environmental (SSHE) requirements
  • Supervise and coordinate contractor activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and contractual obligations
  • Maintain compliance with internal management systems such as:
    • Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS)
    • Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS)
    • Global Product Quality & Integrity Systems (GPQMS / GPIMS)
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate, regulatory, and local requirements
  • Drive operational reliability, efficiency, and profitability
  • Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate field operations, manpower, and logistics
  • Optimize performance of plant/field assets
  • Lead emergency response planning and execution
  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are met
  • Support labor relations and community engagement where applicable
  • Oversee Turnaround (TA) and/or Start-Up teams as needed
  • Act as a key interface for contractual and operational compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or operations discipline
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, specifications, and safety requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), particularly for technical communication
