Overview:

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. These activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end?to?end HR Operations support to employees, line managers, and local HR.

  • Execute complex local HR processes in line with existing policies and procedures, ensuring high?quality data management in the Organization and accurate documentation, including ongoing employee support.

  • Manage cases according to established ways of working, including:

    • Using the EIC (Employee Interaction Centre) tool to log queries and updates, create tickets, and ensure timely closure

    • WIP management, keeping customers updated on the status of open cases

    • Taking ownership of end?to?end processes

    • Handing off cases to other HR Services teams as required

    • Engaging with third?party service providers

    • Meeting established KPIs and SLAs

  • Escalate complex queries in a timely manner to senior advisors, SMEs, and policy teams, acting as a country or process focal point when required.

  • Liaise with HR Business Partners, HR in Country, employees, and line managers to resolve cases, and build strong partnerships with HR Partners (HRitC, HRitB, GOS, and other HR Services teams) by:

    • Clarifying policies and procedures

    • Giving and requesting case status updates

    • Gathering missing data required for case processing

    • Identifying best practices and supporting knowledge sharing

  • Contribute to Knowledge Management within the team, including creation and ownership of documentation and job aids, ensuring content remains up to date.

  • Share best practices, drive continuous improvement in service delivery, participate in improvement initiatives, and adhere to the Global Approval Matrix (GAM), Financial Control Manual, and Data Privacy rules, including reporting all FCM and Data Privacy breaches.

  • Answer employee “how?to” and information requests by executing well?documented processes with clearly defined decision points.

  • Demonstrate understanding of documented HR policies, processes, and systems, working within standardized procedures and under manager supervision.

  • Execute process steps in Workday and manage employee records in Organization

Key Requirements
