About the Role
This is a Perth-based, full-time role Monday through Friday on a 12-months’ contract. Hybrid working arrangement is available once you’ve settled into the day-to-day tasks.
The HR Administrator will be providing a full range of HR administrative support activities to global offices. You’ll join an experienced and high-performing Workforce Administration Team to support the broader HR function and the business as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including contract drafting, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Execute complex compensation changes while ensuring policy compliance.
- Resolve a high volume of employee inquiries via centralized case management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual processing.
Experience & Qualifications
- Systems: Experience with large enterprise HRIS (SuccessFactors EC, SAP, or Oracle) is highly beneficial. ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
- Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to process high-volume, detailed HR transactions accurately.
- Traits: Proactive, great communicator, and able to balance a fun personality with delivering strong results.
