Airswift is seeking a HR Manager to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The professional will work with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR processes and initiatives in the area.
Ensure that all HR processes are managed effectively and efficiently and strive for continuous improvement.
Identify process and system requirements and/or improvements needed to support the successful design, development, and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools.
Develop the HR organization so that it is equipped and qualified to meet the needs, expectations, and objectives of the company.
Oversee negotiations with local unions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher Education
Strong experience in Human Resources, preferably in the oil and gas drilling industry or in a fast-paced, multinational, matrix organization
Strong experience in union relations and as an HR business partner
Fluent in English—excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
