Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations or related disciplines

Years of Working Experience: 2/3 years of experience in initiatives organization,

public relations or communication

Knowledge of Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication

skills in  Azerbaijani ,  Italian and English.

OtherSkills/Capabilities/Certificates Required:

  • Strong project coordination, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize policy, regulatory or institutional information intoactionable internal recommendations as well as ability to coordinatecross-functional initiatives and manage relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, project coordination skillsand institutional awareness to support sustainability performance, HSE culture and responsible business practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch in planning, coordination and implementation of Health,
  • Safety, Environment (HSE) and sustainability initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory expectations and stakeholder engagement priorities;
  •  Constantly monitor the sustainability, environmental compliance and ESG expectations Azerbaijani context, the regulatory, providing internal updates and recommendations;
  •  Collaborate with company and corporate management initiatives across business functions to consolidate the annual plan for sustainability, local content, and corporate HSE initiatives, supporting the approval process by the relevant corporate functions;
  •  Support the engagement of regulatory bodies, business associations and external stakeholders relevant to environmental, sustainability and workplace safety priorities.
  • Facilitate dialogue and collaboration with institutional partners and industry representatives to strengthen sustainability initiatives and corporate partnerships.
  • Ensure the execution of assigned initiatives, starting from the definition of the strategy, participation to their implementation, up to the capitalization of best practices;
  • Assist in the collection and organization of information supporting sustainability reporting, audits, certifications and internal governance requirements.
  • Track KPIs and progress of sustainability projects and contribute to continuous improvement activities;
  • Support company management in identifying and proposing cross-national initiatives aimed at exploiting potential synergies within the scope of the relevant Country Manager;
  • Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the workplace, to Company
  • Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
